I have been trying not to use the computer too much as I have been suffering from RSI in my hand and it's been aggravated by typing, so apologies for not checking out your lovely blogs. Also it's becoming increasingly difficult to prise my son off the computer! Anyway I couldn't keep away from crafting too long so here is my entry for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge...

Cute Card Thursday Challenge 35 & Papertake Weekly

I started off this card thinking an angel is just what I need for the Cute card Thursday Challenge, but it has ended up a lot more sparkly than I originally intended, so I'm going for the double and including it on the Papertake weekly challenge as well!


This image is coloured with my new Prismacolour pencils, I love them already and I only got them yesterday!

Dawnys Sketch #1

Hi Everyone,

Yet another Halloween card! 'Milly on a broomstick' is one of my new stamps from Spiral Whisper. I really wanted to use it, especially as I haven't finished making my Halloween cards for my family. I thought the Papertake Weekly Challenge would be ideal for this as my 'bat stamp' fitted the requirements for the sketch perfectly.

Hi Everyone,

I've had a fantastic day at Stampin'Up! stamp camp. We made five lovely cards which can be seen on Jackie's blog 'Jackie's house of cards'. Looking forward to the next one already!

Anyway, I obviously hadn't had enough of crafting as I came home and finished off my Halloween card that I nearly finished the other day. I thought I'll just change one little thing on the 'Milly image' I'd coloured and messed her up completely! So here she is, my second attempt, for the Spoon Full of Sugar challenge and the Spiral Whisper Challenge...
